Shipping & Returns


SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 2 business days. We use Australia Post or Sendle for shipping of all products.
We offer free shipping for orders over $99.
Standard shipping is AUD$11. You will be emailed a tracking code once we ship your order.
Orders being delivered to a commercial address or a residential unit will require a signature. All other deliveries will be left at the premises if it is safe to do so.

All prices are displayed and processed in Australian Dollars (AUD$).

REFUND POLICY

Change of Mind

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or does not do what it is supposed to do.

Faulty or Damaged Items

In the instance that you receive an incorrect product or the item is damaged or faulty, a replacement product will offered or a refund will be issued, at our discretion.

If you believe you have received an incorrect, damaged or faulty product, please contact us with photographic proof for review. If approved for return, once the item has been received, please allow up to 2 business days to be processed. 

The amount will be refunded via the payment method used for the original order. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reach your account.

Radiance Co. takes great pride in what we do and is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to ensure that all products shown on our website are in stock and that pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery in Australia is between 3-10 business days. In the rare event that an ordered item is unavailable or we are not able to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange a suitable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
